Product introduction
Turbofluid 46SJ is based on phosphate ester as base oil, and added with antioxidant, hydrolysis-resistant and corrosion-resistant additives, with an ignition temperature of 545℃. It can withstand the highest temperature of 700℃. Turbofluid 46SJ is also a high-performance fire-resistant hydraulic oil, which is used in the electro-hydraulic control system of steam turbines. Including various systems using high-precision servo valves, it is a triaryl phosphate based on selected xylenol fractions. It has good oxidation stability, air release and emulsification resistance of foam. They are also controlled within the specification requirements of steam turbine manufacturers, which can effectively prevent phosphate ester from decomposing after water pollution.
area of application
Turbofluid 46SJ is suitable for hydraulic systems that need fire resistance, such as electro-hydraulic control systems and other hydraulic systems with high fire risk. Due to leakage, tubing rupture or other reasons, the hydraulic oil may come into contact with the heated surface during processing, which may cause danger. This product can prevent the above dangers.
Turbofluid 46SJ is also suitable for fire-proof hydraulic oil, such as hydraulic system that needs to be exposed to high temperature in steel mills, steam and gas turbines in power plants. Turbofluid 46SJ meets the DL/T 571-2014 standard, meets and exceeds the technical requirements of all major steam turbines, and meets the requirements of ISO12922 standard and ASTM4293 standard of HFDR fire-resistant hydraulic oil.
matters need attention
Turbofluid 46SJ cannot be mixed with water-glycol and emulsified hydraulic system, and it also has a certain influence on some sealing rings made of chloroprene rubber. However, it is suitable for places where sealing materials such as silicon-based, polytetrachloroethylene and fluororubber are used.
